Choral Ensemble

African American Choral Ensemble is celebrating 45 years. Help us continue the legacy.

The African American Choral Ensemble was established in 1975 with Dr. Mellonee Burnim as its first director.
45 years later, the African American Choral Ensemble continues the legacy under the direction of Dr. Raymond Wise.

What I love most about the Choral Ensemble is the family aspect. You get to share emotions with complete strangers who then become lifelong friends. It has kept my love for music alive. Teamwork like this keeps me motivated and hopeful.
