Q: What have you loved most about being a part of AACE?

A: I loved the community aspect, the family feel, and the great opportunities that AACE and AAAI have provided me with over the years.

Q: What's one of your favorite memories during your time in AACE?

A: I think one of my favorite moments is meeting celebrities—like Babyface, Viola Davis, and Bootsy Collins—being able to talk to them and hear their stories.

Q: What have you gained from your time with AAAI?

A: I have gained a lot from AAAI. Because of AAAI, I have been able enhance my social, communication, and adaptability skills. Overall I gained new friends and family from AAAI. Everyone took me in and embraced me so openly and for that I am truly thankful and grateful. I now know that I can handle the world based on all the events, obstacles, tasks, and challenges that I had to handle over the past few years within my positions at AAAI.

Q: Anything else you want to share about your time at IU or AAAI?

A: Throughout my time at IU and with AAAI, I have learned and did so much. I am becoming the woman that I am today because of all of my experiences that I had to go through. My time here will help me to take off and fulfill all of my hopes and dreams. I am truly grateful and thankful for everyone taking a chance on me and supporting me through this life chapter. My plan is to do great things, and I won't give up until that objective is accomplished multiple times. I am so glad that IU was the school I chose to attend. It's been a long fun ride, and I am glad to be a Hoosier! I am sad to go, but this is not goodbye forever—just for now! Thank you and I leave you all with my love!
